Driving Licence Medicals & Eyetests For Our Patients
Are you applying for your driver’s licence and need to have an eye test or a driving medical done?

If you have any medical condition listed on the National Driver Licence Service (NDLS) form you will need to get a medical assessment when your drivers license is up for renewal. A Group 1 license form can provide a licence for up to 10 years, while a a Group 2 license is for a maximum of 5 years.
Vision is the most important source of information when driving, so visual assessment for driving is a major public health issue. If you are applying for your very first driving licence you must submit an eyesight report with your application.
Park Lodge Medical Centre provides driving licence medicals and eye tests.
